當您使用本服務時，即表明您信任我們處理您資訊的方式。

“AI幫你畫”之服務條款規範（稱為”本服務”），為了加強保障您的隱私權及讓您安心使用”本服務”提供的各項服務，必要時請您同意”本服務”得以蒐集並處理您的個人資料，本公司所取得關於您的個人資料，依照相關法律規定，本公司不會將您的個人資料提供給任何第三人，或移作其他目的使用。

相關隱私權政策說明如下：

 

1. ”本服務”蒐集的資訊

為提供您更多及更好的資訊，”本服務”可能蒐集您的個人識別資料包括：電子郵件信箱，個人肖像照片及其他可能用到您的個人資料，並視活動性質不同而要求不同的必要資訊。

關於個人肖像照片的蒐集，“AI幫你畫”訓練您的肖像照片成AI肖像之後，為了方便您辨識訓練好的AI肖像，我們將會詢問您是否願意提供第1張個人肖像照片作為存取與展示。當您同意存取後，我們在您訓練的AI肖像將會用您的第1張個人肖像照片做展示(若您選擇不同意，將會由”AI幫你畫”app為您提供一個預設的照片來幫您您的AI肖像做展示)。其餘您上傳的個人肖像照片，在訓練好AI肖像後，即會立即刪除。而該蒐集儲存之您的第1張個人肖像照只會用來做顯示，絕不會額外做其他用途，也不會將照片提供給任何第三人(或第三方)，或移作其他目的使用。

2. 個人資料(包含個人肖像照片)的安全性

”本服務”致力保護您個人資料(包含個人肖像照片)(稱為”個人資料”)的安全，您的”個人資料”儲存在僅授權少數人員可存取的管制嚴密的電腦伺服器中，透過各種安全技術及管理措施協助保護您”個人資料”安全，避免未經授權的存取、使用或揭露。並透過防火牆等技術來保障你的”個人資料”及網路交易安全，本產品服務在個人識別資料傳輸過程中會透過加密方式保密，例如：採用SSL加密協定以保護”個人資料”。

 

3. 個人資料及個人肖像照片的刪除

”本服務”目前不會主動刪除您的個人資料及您個人肖像照片，所以”個人資料”在於您沒主動刪除情況下，您的”個人資料”我們將會一直安全保留至您主動刪除帳號為止。您的”個人資料”刪除條件如下:

(1) 個人資料的刪除

個人資料刪除在於您使用”AI幫你畫”app時，點選”刪除帳號”，即可將個人資料及個人肖像照片完全刪除。

(2) 個人肖像照片的刪除

個人肖像照片刪除，在於您使用”AI幫你畫”app時，於點擊”Ai肖像”,再點擊”編輯”加點擊”刪除”，即可將個人肖像照片刪除。

 

4. 自我保護措施

請謹慎保管個人帳號、網路交易密碼及其他個人資料，勿將個人之任何資料提供給第三人，本產品服務不會以電子郵件或其他聯絡方式主動向您查證您個人的帳號或密碼等資料。當您輸入個人帳號及密碼登入”本服務”，使用各項服務後，請務必進行登出之步驟，以防止他人讀取您的個人資料。

 

5. 本隱私權聲明的變更

我們會隨科技環境及法令變動時不定期更新隱私權聲明，以落實並保障您隱私權益。您若對本隱私權規範及執行方面有任何問題，再請與我們聯絡。

The terms and conditions of "AI Help You Draw" (referred to as "this service") are designed to enhance the protection of your privacy and ensure your peace of mind while using the various services provided by this service. When necessary, please agree that this service may collect and process your personal information. Any personal information obtained by the company about you will be handled in accordance with relevant legal regulations. The company will not provide your personal information to any third parties or use it for other purposes.

Privacy policy details are explained as follows:

 

1. Information Collected by "This Service"

To provide you with more and better information, "This Service" may collect your personally identifiable information, including your email addresses, personal portrait photos, and other necessary information that may be required based on the nature of the activities.

Regarding the collection of personal portrait photos, after training your portrait photos into AI portraits in "AI Helps You Draw", for your convenience in identifying the trained AI portrait, we will ask if you are willing to provide the first personal portrait photo for access and display. When you agree to access, your trained AI portrait will be displayed using your first personal portrait photo (if you choose not to agree, the "AI Helps You Draw" app will provide a default photo for displaying your AI portrait). The rest of the personal portrait photos you upload will be immediately deleted after the AI portrait is trained. The collected and stored first personal portrait photo will only be used for display purposes, will not be used for any additional purposes, and will not be provided to any third party or used for any other purposes.

2. The Security of Personal Data (Including Personal Portrait Photos)

"The service" is committed to protecting the security of your personal data, including personal portrait photos (referred to as "personal data"). Your "personal data" is securely stored on computer servers that are tightly controlled and accessible only to authorized personnel. We employ various security technologies and management measures to assist in safeguarding the security of your "personal data", preventing unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We also use technologies such as firewalls to ensure the security of your "personal data" and online transactions. During the transmission of personal identifying information, our product and service maintain confidentiality through encryption methods, such as adopting the SSL encryption protocol to protect "personal data".

 

3. Deletion of Personal Data and Personal Portrait Photos

"The service" currently does not proactively delete your personal data and personal portrait photos. Therefore, your "Personal Data" will be securely retained until you actively delete your account, provided that you have not initiated deletion. The conditions for deleting your"'Personal Data" are as follows:

 

(1) Deletion of Personal Data:

To delete personal data, when using the "AI Helps You Draw" app, you can click "Delete Account" to completely delete personal data and personal portrait photos.

 

(2) Deletion of Personal Portrait Photos:

To delete personal portrait photos, when using the "AI Helps You Draw" app, click "AI Portrait", then click "Edit", and further click "Delete". This will allow you to delete personal portrait photos.

 

4. Self-Protection Measures

Please exercise caution in safeguarding your personal account, online transaction passwords, and other personal information. Do not provide your personal information to third parties. "This service" will not proactively request your personal account or password information via email or any other means of communication. When logging into "This service" with your personal account and password, and after using various services, it is essential to log out to prevent others from accessing your personal information.

We may periodically update this privacy statement to align with changes in technology and legal requirements, ensuring the protection and preservation of your privacy rights.
